It’s okay if you change your plan!  You can reschedule or cancel your session 2 weeks before your session. For pre-paid cancellations, you will receive a refund for your booking, less any Third Party processing fees. We can refund 50% of the payment (less any Third Party processing fees) for booking changes made within the 2-week period. We unfortunately can not make a refund for no-shows or missed appointments.

Please let us know as early as possible if you’re unable to attend a class. We’ll do our best to place you in a similar session so you can keep up with the course progress. However, we cannot guarantee that the make-up session will cover the same content as the Deep Dive course. Please note that a maximum of one make-up session can be arranged per student.
