RESCHEDULE/ CANCELLATION

All classes can be reserved through our online booking portal.

​

It’s okay if you change your plan! 

​

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours prior to your class. A cancellation will be refunded in full.

• For credit card payment, a 2.5% third party transaction process fee will be applied.

• Project Snail can only offer a 50% refund for missing a booked session or cancellation occurred within 6 hours before a session starts.

SHARING MULTI-CLASS PACK

​

You can share the package code with friends, if your friends have completed the introductory course in PROJECT SNAIL studio or an equivalent course in other studio. Any question, send us an email.
