BOOKING TERMS

RESCHEDULE/ CANCELLATION

All classes can be reserved through our online booking portal.
​
It’s okay if you change your plan!
​

You may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours prior to your class. A cancellation will be refunded in full.

For credit card payment, a 2.5% third party transaction process fee will be applied.

Project Snail can only offer a 50% refund for missing a booked session or cancellation occurred within 6 hours before a session starts.

SHARING MULTI-CLASS PACK
​
You can share the package code with friends, if your friends have completed the introductory course in PROJECT SNAIL studio or an equivalent course in other studio. Any question, send us an email.
SOME HOUSE RULES

CLAY & FIRING
​
A maximum of 5 kilos of clay is available per session per person.
​
Firing rate is $15.0 per kilo (GST included):
> weighed after trimming - 1 kilo is about the volume of two mugs
> rate includes bisque + glazed firing

By Train:
7-8 minutes' walk from both Newtown and St Peters train station
​
By Bus:
Route 308 (get off near Union Hotel) + 1 min walk
Route 422 (get off near Union Hotel) + 1 min walk
Route 370 (get off near Union Hotel) + 1 min walk

By Train:
If you are not afraid of the King St traffic and decide to drive, there are 2-hour free street parking spots along Alice street and adjacent side streets. :)
