It’s okay if you change your plan!
You can reschedule or cancel your session 2 weeks before your session.
For pre-paid cancellations, you will receive a refund for your booking, less any Third Party processing fees.
We can refund 50% of the payment (less any Third Party processing fees) for booking changes made within the 2-week period. We unfortunately can not make a refund for no-shows or missed appointments.
Please let us know as early as possible if you’re unable to attend a class.
We’ll do our best to place you in a similar session so you can keep up with the course progress. However, we cannot guarantee that the make-up session will cover the same content as the Deep Dive course.
Please note that a maximum of one make-up session can be arranged per student.
The class size is capped at a maximum of 8 people.
Please note this term is subject to minimum enrolment numbers. If we don’t reach the required intake, the term may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
We’ll let enrolled students know as early as possible and offer suitable options, including transferring to a new date or receiving a refund. Thanks for your understanding.
